If you decide to snooze a message once you open an email, the snooze button appears at the top of the message. You can also select multiple messages to snooze by clicking the checkboxes, then using the snooze button at the top of the page. Float your mouse over a message in your list, and the snooze button appears next to the other organizational options. Users can access the snooze feature in a variety of ways. One feature that everyone should familiarize themselves with should be the “snooze” button. I’ve really liked some of the changes, like the menu of organization options that appear without having to open the message, though many of my colleagues may feel differently. The recent update to Gmail means that those adjustments are well underway. Once we adapt, however, we start to recognize powerful new features that are incredibly useful. It may take some time to get used to changes that have been made to a familiar interface. Any time that an online tool alters or updates its features, there is a natural adjustment period.
